AIR TAKE サポート
AIR TAKE は、Mac で画像・動画・テロップを準備し、NEXT で確認して PROGRAM へ送出するソフトです。SDI フィル＋キー、サブモニター、NDI・Syphon に対応し、AIR TAKE 2 は SRT 送出・NDI／SRT 入力・テンプレート制作・リモート操作も利用できます。

不具合のご報告・ご質問は、support@air-take.com までお送りください。
AIR TAKE 1／2 のどちらか、バージョンとビルド番号（「AIR TAKE → AIR TAKE について」）、macOS のバージョン、Mac の機種、使用する出力・接続機器、問題が起きる操作を添えてください。パスワード・確認コード・カード番号全桁・ライセンスキー全文は送らないでください。
ログイン・メールアドレスの変更
ログインIDは登録メールアドレスです。パスワードを忘れた場合は、パスワードの再設定をご利用ください。登録メールを受信できない場合や、メールアドレスを変更したい場合は、ログイン・メール変更の案内をご確認ください。
動作環境
AIR TAKE 1 は macOS 15 以降の Apple シリコン／Intel Mac、AIR TAKE 2 は macOS 15 以降の Apple シリコン搭載 Mac に対応します。接続機器・解像度・同時出力の条件は、動作環境・技術情報をご確認ください。
よくあるご質問
SDI 出力の機器が見つからない
対応する Blackmagic Design DeckLink 機器と Blackmagic Desktop Video が必要です。ドライバーをインストールし、macOS が求める許可と再起動を済ませ、機器を接続してから AIR TAKE を起動してください。
SDI に絵が出ない
設定（⌘,）で出力フォーマットとフレームレートをスイッチャーに合わせ、使用する DeckLink 機器が対応していることを確認してください。それでも出ない場合は「外部キーヤーを有効にする」を OFF にして確認してください。透過の縁は、キーの形式（ストレート／プリマルチプライド）も受け側と合わせてください。
OBS で透過テロップを受信したい
NDI を使う場合は、送信側の Mac に NDI Tools、受信側の OBS に DistroAV プラグインを入れ、AIR TAKE の OBS 出力を NDI にして ON にします。OBS の NDI ソースで AIR TAKE を選んでください。NDI は透過映像と音声を送れます。同じ Mac では Syphon も選べますが、Syphon は映像のみです。
SRT がつながらない（AIR TAKE 2）
AIR TAKE の SRT 送出は Caller です。送出先を Listener にし、ホスト・ポート、暗号化パスフレーズ・Stream ID（使用する場合）を合わせてください。ネットワークや受信側の設定も確認してください。SRT 映像は最大 3840×2160 で、透過部分は送れません。
出力に赤い×が入る
ライセンス未登録の評価版では、出力に赤い×が入ります。公式サイトのアカウントで対象エディションのライセンスを購入し、「AIR TAKE → ライセンス…」でキーを登録してください。購入済みの場合は、有効なキーを登録しているかご確認ください。AIR TAKE 1 と AIR TAKE 2 のキーは共用できません。
別の Mac に移したい
ライセンスキー 1 本につき、登録・使用できる Mac は 1 台です。先に元の Mac の「AIR TAKE → ライセンス…」で「登録を解除…」を行い、移行先で同じキーを登録してください。解除すると元の Mac は評価版に戻るため、送出中には行わないでください。元の Mac が使えない場合はサポートへお問い合わせください。
月額プランを解約・支払い方法を変更したい
公式サイトのアカウントから「月額プランを管理する」を開いて手続きしてください。アプリの削除やライセンス登録の解除だけでは、月額プランの解約にはなりません。解約後も支払い済みの期間の終わりまで利用できます。

AIR TAKE Support
AIR TAKE prepares images, videos and graphics on a Mac, previews them in NEXT and takes them to PROGRAM. Both editions support SDI fill and key, second-display, NDI and Syphon output. AIR TAKE 2 adds SRT output, NDI/SRT input, template editors and remote control.

Include your edition (AIR TAKE 1 or 2), version and build number (AIR TAKE → About AIR TAKE), macOS version, Mac model, outputs and connected devices, and the steps that cause the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers or full license keys.
Sign-in and email changes
Your sign-in ID is your registered email address. Use password reset if you forgot your password. See the sign-in and email help page if you cannot receive mail at that address or need to change it.
Requirements
AIR TAKE 1 supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 15 or later. AIR TAKE 2 requires Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later. See technical information for hardware, formats and simultaneous-output conditions.
FAQ
No SDI device found
Use a supported Blackmagic Design DeckLink device and Blackmagic Desktop Video. Install the driver, complete any permissions and restart requested by macOS, connect the device, then open AIR TAKE.
No picture on SDI
In Settings (⌘,), match the format and frame rate to your switcher and check that your DeckLink supports them. If needed, turn off “Enable external keyer” and check again. Match straight/premultiplied key settings at the receiver for clean transparent edges.
Receiving transparent graphics in OBS
For NDI, install NDI Tools on the sending Mac and DistroAV in the receiving OBS. Select NDI for AIR TAKE's OBS output, turn it on, then select AIR TAKE in an OBS NDI source. NDI carries alpha and audio. Syphon is also available on the same Mac, but carries video only.
SRT does not connect (AIR TAKE 2)
AIR TAKE sends as an SRT caller. Set the receiver to listener mode and match the host, port, encryption passphrase and Stream ID where used. Check network and receiver settings. SRT video is limited to 3840×2160 and does not carry alpha.
Red X on the outputs
The unlicensed evaluation version displays a red X. Purchase the matching edition through your website account and register its key under AIR TAKE → License…. If you have already purchased, check that a valid key is registered. AIR TAKE 1 and AIR TAKE 2 keys are not interchangeable.
Moving to another Mac
Each license key may be registered and used on one Mac. First unregister it under AIR TAKE → License… on the original Mac, then register the same key on the new Mac. Unregistering returns the original Mac to evaluation mode, so do not do this during playout. Contact support if the original Mac is unavailable.
Cancelling a monthly plan or changing payment details
Open “Manage monthly plan” in your website account. Deleting the app or unregistering the license does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, you can keep using it until the end of the paid period.
