AIR TAKE プライバシーポリシー

Seiichiro Inoue（以下「開発者」）は、macOS 用アプリ「AIR TAKE」（以下「本アプリ」）と、Web サイト air-take.com（アカウントページを含む。以下「本サイト」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

A. 本アプリについて

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、閲覧履歴、素材の内容を収集しません。通常版のオンラインライセンス確認で扱う情報は「3. ネットワークの利用」に記載します。

本アプリには、アクセス解析、広告、トラッキング（追跡）の仕組みは含まれていません。

2. 利用者の Mac に保存される情報

本アプリは、動作に必要な次の情報を、利用者の Mac の中にだけ保存します。これらが開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。

プロジェクトファイル、自動保存と控え（バックアップ）
送出ログ（いつ、どの素材を出したかの記録）
アプリの設定
利用者が選んだ素材ファイルへのアクセス許可の記録

これらは、本アプリを削除する、または該当するファイルを削除することで消去できます。

3. ネットワークの利用

NDI 出力：利用者が NDI 出力を有効にしたときだけ、映像と音声を、同じネットワーク上で受信する機器・ソフトウェア（OBS など）へ送ります。送り先は利用者が管理する環境で、開発者に送られることはありません。
アプリ内課金：購入と購入状態の確認は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。支払い情報は Apple が取り扱い、開発者が受け取ることはありません。Apple による情報の取り扱いについては、Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
通常版のオンラインライセンス確認：通常版は起動時に、ライセンスの有効性と重複利用を確認することがあります。キー本文、氏名、メールアドレス、Mac のハードウェア情報は送信しません。ライセンスのキー番号、キー本文から一方向に計算した照合値、アプリが生成したランダムなインストール ID、通信時の IP アドレスと接続元の User-Agent を、失効確認・重複利用の検出・不正利用対策のためにサーバーへ送信し、ライセンス記録に保存します。

4. 第三者への提供

開発者は、上記のオンラインライセンス確認に必要な情報を除き、本アプリから利用者の情報を収集しません。収集する情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

5. クラッシュレポート等

利用者が macOS の設定で「App デベロッパと共有」を許可している場合、Apple を通じて、個人を特定しない形のクラッシュレポートが開発者に届くことがあります。これは不具合の修正にのみ使います。

6. お子様の情報

本アプリは、お子様を含む利用者から、氏名やメールアドレスなどの個人情報を直接収集しません。通常版のオンラインライセンス確認で扱う情報は「3. ネットワークの利用」に記載します。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで公開します。

B. 本サイト（アカウントページ）について

本サイトで会員登録をした場合、開発者は次の情報をお預かりします。

お名前（表示名）、メールアドレス
パスワード（復元できない形に変換して保存し、開発者も元のパスワードを知ることはできません）
登録日、メールアドレスの確認日、利用規約に同意した日と版、最終ログイン日時、ログイン回数
登録時・ログイン時・各種操作時の IP アドレスとブラウザの種類（不正利用の防止のため）
購入の記録（購入日、金額、支払い方法、Stripe Checkout の注文番号・決済番号などの参照番号）
ライセンスキーの記録（キー番号、発行日、状態）。ライセンスキーには、お名前とメールアドレスが含まれます
通常版のオンラインライセンス確認の記録（ランダムなインストール ID、初回・最終確認日時、IP アドレス、接続元の User-Agent）。Mac のハードウェア情報は保存しません

利用の目的：会員の本人確認とログイン、ライセンスキーの発行と管理、購入の確認、お問い合わせへの対応、重要なお知らせの送付、不正利用の防止とセキュリティの確保。これ以外の目的には使いません。広告や行動の追跡には使いません。

第三者への提供：法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。ただし、オンライン決済では Stripe, Inc. およびその関係会社（Stripe）を利用します。決済に必要なメールアドレス、注文番号、金額および決済状態は Stripe と扱います。カード番号その他の支払い情報は Stripe の決済画面で直接入力され、開発者は取得・保存しません。Stripe による情報の取り扱いは、Stripe のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

保管と安全管理：情報は本サイトのサーバー（国内のレンタルサーバー）に保管し、通信の暗号化（https）、パスワードの不可逆な保存、ログイン試行の制限、管理者の二段階認証、操作記録などの対策を行います。

Cookie：ログインの状態を保つためのセッション Cookie だけを使います。アクセス解析や広告の Cookie は使いません。

保存期間：会員である間は保存します。退会後も、発行済みライセンスキーの確認、購入・会計の記録、不正利用への対応のために必要な情報は、法令で定める期間または必要な期間、保存することがあります。

開示・訂正・削除：ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除のご希望は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで対応します。お名前・メールアドレス・パスワードの変更と退会は、アカウントページからも行えます。

AIR TAKE Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Seiichiro Inoue (“the developer”) handles information in AIR TAKE, an app for macOS (“the app”), and on the website air-take.com including the account pages (“the site”).

A. The app

1. Information we collect

The app does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, browsing history, or media content. Information handled for online license verification in the direct version is described in “3. Network use.” The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking.

2. Information stored on your Mac

The app stores the following only on your Mac, and never sends it to the developer or anyone else: project files, autosaves and backups, the playout log, app settings, and records of permission to access the media files you choose. You can erase them by deleting the app or the files.

3. Network use

NDI output: only when you turn it on, the app sends video and audio to NDI receivers (such as OBS) on your own network. Nothing is sent to the developer.
In-app purchases: purchases and purchase status are handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment information. See Apple’s privacy policy for how Apple handles it.
Online license verification for the direct version: on launch, the direct version may verify that a license is active and detect duplicate use. It does not send the license key itself, name, email address, or Mac hardware information. It sends the license key ID, a one-way verification value calculated from the license key, an app-generated random installation ID, and the IP address and User-Agent for the connection. These are stored with the license record to confirm revocation, detect duplicate use, and prevent abuse.

4. Sharing with third parties

Except for information necessary for online license verification described above, the developer collects no information from the app. Information collected is not shared with third parties.

5. Crash reports

If you allow “Share with App Developers” in macOS settings, Apple may send the developer anonymous crash reports. They are used only to fix bugs.

6. Children

The app does not directly collect names, email addresses, or similar personal information from anyone, including children. Information handled for online license verification in the direct version is described in “3. Network use.”

7. Changes

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.

B. The site (account pages)

If you create an account on the site, the developer keeps: your name and email address; your password (stored in a non-reversible form — the developer cannot know it); your sign-up date, email-confirmation date, the date and version of the Terms you agreed to, last login time and number of logins; IP addresses and browser type at sign-up, login and other operations (to prevent abuse); purchase records (date, amount, payment method, and references such as Stripe Checkout order and payment IDs); and license key records (key number, issue date, status). License keys contain your name and email address; and direct-version online-license records (random installation ID, first and last verification times, IP address and User-Agent). We do not store Mac hardware information.

Purposes: identifying you and signing you in, issuing and managing license keys, confirming purchases, responding to enquiries, sending important notices, and preventing abuse and keeping the service secure. Nothing else — no advertising or tracking.

Sharing: none, except as required by law. For online payments, we use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (Stripe). We handle your email address, order ID, amount and payment status with Stripe as needed to complete payment. Card numbers and other payment details are entered directly on Stripe’s payment page; the developer does not receive or store them. See Stripe’s privacy policy for Stripe’s handling of information.

Storage and security: kept on the site’s server (a rental server in Japan), protected by encrypted connections (https), non-reversible password storage, login attempt limits, two-step authentication for administrators and audit logs.

Cookies: only a session cookie to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies.

Retention: while you are a member. After you leave, information needed to verify issued license keys, keep purchase and accounting records and deal with abuse may be kept for the period required by law or as necessary.

Your rights: to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us below; we will act after confirming your identity. You can also change your name, email and password, or leave, in your account.
